Returns Policy

We hope you enjoyed your purchase from Kylori Kids.  To help ensure a smooth and easy buying process, we ask you to take a few moments to familiarise yourself with our returns policy, the full details of which you will find outlined below.

Returns policy

Kylori Kids works hard to ensure that all of the garments in all of its ranges are of optimum quality in terms of materials and manufacture and we are confident customers will be pleased with all items they purchase. In the unlikely event that a customer is not satisfied with a particular purchase, our returns policy provides them with the opportunity to exchange or refund the items in question within 14 days of delivery of the merchandise.

All of the Kylori Kids products do require a valid return authorisation number. Customers can obtain this return authorization number by sending an email to this address: enquiries@kylorikids.co.uk In the  email, we would ask customers to include the order number, as well as a description of each of the items that they wish to return. Upon receipt of this email, a  return authorisation number will then be emailed back to the customer.

Customers are asked to reference this number on the outside of the package that is to be returned. This return authorisation number will be valid for a period of up to 14 days. If items are received beyond this period of 14 days, any return will automatically become invalid.

This returns policy also stipulates that all returned items must be received unworn, unaltered and unwashed, with all of the tags still attached to the garment.

Please note that customers must accept responsibility for all shipping costs for returns.

Once the items for return have been dispatched, please allow 7 business days for your return/exchange to be processed.
